Learn the differences between match results, goal totals and accumulators before comparing a slip.

Normal time and qualification differ
A standard match-result market often refers to regulation time plus added time, while qualification concerns which team advances. Extra time and penalties can therefore produce different outcomes for the same fixture. Always read the operator's definition instead of relying on a shortened market label.
Three-way and two-way markets
In a three-way home/draw/away market, a draw is a separate outcome. A two-way market may remove the draw through a particular rule, such as draw-no-bet, or cover a different event definition entirely. Do not assume two prices mean the draw has become impossible.
Totals concern a count
An over 2.5 goals market requires at least three qualifying goals. An under 2.5 market requires at most two. A half-goal line avoids an exact tie on the line. Whole-number and split lines can have different settlement mechanics, so read their rules before treating them as interchangeable.
An accumulator links failures as well as prices
With independent selections at decimal odds 2.00 and 2.00, the combined price is 4.00. If each truly had a 50% chance, both succeeding would have a 25% chance. That is a hypothetical probability example, not an estimate for real teams. Correlated markets require different treatment and may not be accepted together.
Build a record that explains settlement
Save event date, competition, market, selection, accepted odds and slip ID. If a match is postponed or abandoned, use the applicable rule and the accepted market to frame a support question. Do not infer an error simply because another website settled a different market differently.
