Follow the deposit workflow, review charges and match the completed transfer to the account record.

- Recipient and amount
- Authorised approval
- Matched credit or reversal
Start from the authenticated cashier
Open the deposit method inside the operator account and read its instructions there. Avoid a number copied from a social media comment or unsolicited message. Confirm that the recipient, currency and amount in the wallet request match the intended transaction.
Read fees before approval
A fee may be shown by the wallet provider, the operator or a conversion step. Compare the amount leaving the wallet with the expected account credit. A hypothetical TZS 10,000 account credit does not establish that the wallet debit will also be TZS 10,000; the confirmation screen should explain any difference.
Keep approval credentials private
Authorise only through the wallet's legitimate flow. A person helping with a payment should not need a PIN or a code that grants account access. Reject unexpected prompts and investigate them through official channels instead of approving a small amount as a test.
Resolve a pending credit once
If the wallet has been debited but the operator balance has not changed, preserve the payment reference and timestamp. Check the account transaction history and ask support for reconciliation. Sending again may create a second debit while the first remains unresolved.
Check the final ledger
Completion may appear as a casino credit or as a reversal to the wallet. Match the reference and amount where possible. A message saying the issue is fixed is not a substitute for the financial record. Keep the resolved receipt in case the account history later needs explaining.
